Two Countries – One Goal

East Meets WestIt was a pleasure having students and faculty members from the School of Physical Therapy, Saitama Medical University in Japan, visit our Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Program in September. The Program Director, Arlene McCarthy, spent about two hours giving them information about the Kaiser Neurologic Residency Program and giving them a tour of the facility. They met with one of our Residents, Nella Bracken, exchanged techniques and information about the differences in treating patients in the two different countries. Bottom line, what we both shared were goals to help patients and passion for our work.
